Missing 50k reward credit points

hi, I still have not received my 50k points for my purchase of the Xbox one s on the 25th November 2016. I have been logged in and playing my Xbox since then but have no reward points in my account?

Please could someone look into this matter and get back to me as a matter of a urgency.

Xbox One S 50k rewards credits not showing

I recently purchased a Xbox One S from Microsoft's online store and used the Xbox Live Rewards 50k promo code. It linked my order with my XBLR account. I haven't gotten my 50k rewards credits. It has been 15 days since shipment. Please help. I would very
much like my reward credits now especially in time for week 2 sales.

The 50,000 Rewards Credits offers were only for select members. Since you were not selected for that offer, you did not receive those Credits. If you had been selected, the offer page would have shown you a code for free expedited shipping, and the offer
would be visible on your MyMissions page while logged into the Rewards site.

The 50,000 Credit offers were only for select members. Since you registered after the offer became available, it would not have been possible for you to have been selected. You received the default 30,000 Credit offer, which is currently pending in your
account. It should be deposited as currency in the end of month deposit cycle.

i would like it if once you reach a certain amount you get a reward like Microsoft credit for like every 50k you make you get £5 credit

Hey there. We're seeing two Gamertags with your email. One is Dr Treye and the other is this one, CruellestChimp4. Dr Treye was eligible for the 50k Credits, while CruellestChimp4 was only eligible for the 30k since the 50k offer is for select members. Do
you want to close the CruellestChimp4 account and have your Rewards account default to Dr Treye? If so, we can adjust in the 50k into that account after we disable CruellestChimp4.
