    hi, I still have not received my 50k points? I purchased my Xbox one s on 25th November and been logged in and playing the Xbox since then, but no points have been credited to my rewards account?

    Please could someone look into this matter and get back to me ASAP?

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by
    the 15th of the next month. So it sounds like yours are scheduled for deposit on the 29th.

    For future reference, in order to receive a response from Rewards support, you'll want to post on the support section of this forum, not discussion.

    They are pending. I sent MS a support question 3 days ago and have not heard back. I can't figure out where their response would be, or if they email it to me.

    The problem is I have over 5,000 points, but no button to request a deposit that it says should exist.

    I'm going to wait until after the 31st to see if they automatically convert.
