Missing 50k points for upgrading to Xbox one s from Xbox one

I purchased an Xbox one s on November 24th and I am supposed to get 50k rewards points for upgrading to Xbox one s from Xbox one in the month of November or December. It has been over 30 days and still no 50k points. I called and posted here before and still

50k Points for Upgrading to Xbox One S during Black Friday 2016

There was an offer during Black Fri last year where MS was giving 50K points for upgrading from an Xbox One to Xbox One S, I haven't received the points till date. Can you please help me check?

I'm going to brace you before the official response because I have had problems about the One S upgrade as well; you will not be eligible for the 50K points unless you already had an Xbox One and purchased another Xbox One S. Best of luck on the rest.

Hi skepticalj. 50,000 Credits were awarded on November 28 and deposited to your Microsoft account on December 14th. You can check your MyStatement on your MyRewards page and your Microsoft account at http://commerce.microsoft.com.

Ah right, well I also saw the one about upgrading worth 30k reward points. I thought that was for current XB1 owners upgrading to XB1-S and the other that I mentioned worth 50k for 360 owners upgrading to a brand new XB1/XB1-S.

Not exactly their finest hour in clarity. Still I expect some points coming my way as the offer was the only reason I chose to upgrade and buy it direct from Microsoft - even if its the lower 30k amount.

Thanks for the heads up though.
