Missing 50k and VIP question

Hi everyone!

I know that it takes about 15 days from date of shipment (mine was the 16th) for your points to be put in your account, but as my account has been in some sort of stasis for a year I have a right to be worried. My previously held funds had just been released
(yay!) and have already been spent.

Now my second question, is this purchase part of my VIP status points? I'm literally $100 away from next tier but I do not know if this purchase was part of that or not, or if it will be. Is there a way to check and I just haven't found it?

Support xbox rewards missing

so i won on the roulette vip thing last week its bin 6 days since i won and ive not received my 50k credits can someone help please ? There not in pending ive checked .

So 4 years and iv only collected 5000 points overall?

I pre order games i buy games complete games i have 50k+ gamerscore yet i never get any rewards or anything to do with vip.....

 

Support will answer your first question, but only digital purchases count towards VIP. So a console purchase would not qualify.

The deposit issue on your account is just a problem with the last step of the deposit process where we attempt to find your billable account. Your Rewards Account is otherwise unaffected and works as expected. Your last deposit was a result of the efforts
of our other team working on this issue. As you acknowledge, you should see the Credits for your console purchase pending 15 days after the shipment date.

Hardware purchases do not increase MyVIP. From our FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. However,
the purchase or redemption of pre-order games, in-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, do not qualify.
