Missing 5000 points to convert in money

I have 5000 points dont have received since march, not have convert to my acount, now in total i have 16250 got 10000 in may 24 i wish my point gets converted never have issues in Xbox rewards also i need to buy a dlc also i member since 2012

so until few hours to new month and some Points missing again.

Freedom Rewards

1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

- Paladins 5hours = done

- Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

- Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

1000 points missing

Franken Rewards

10000 points missing

collect 5 Achievements from a Game

Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

Points to cash Questions

When I saw Burnout Paradise Remastered was to be released on the 16th March I converted gems to 15000 points to help pay for it but It took so long that the points only showed up on the 1st of March 2018

Will they convert to money on the 15th or do I have to wait the end of the month?

Also,

you say points convert when requested or at 5000 on the 15th & end of month but in February the site converted the my 3750 i had collected to money on the 21st even though no request was made???

Hello igormaxbr03,

Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your US Rewards Account region and your Brazilian Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time
of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional
currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.

Thanks, when I check that it just says I have points and zero dollars, has anybody else's been converted to dollars yet?

Go here:
commerce.microsoft.com/.../PaymentInstrument and sign in to your account. You will see all of your payment options and how much currency you have available.

Smwutches

Once you start to make a purchase on the console, it will actually convert your points to currency. Then the billing site will update to show currency instead of points.
