Missing 500 free atoms on fallout 76

I purchased the Xbox one Fallout 76 Tricentennial edition and I redeemed my code for Xbox one exclusive 500 free atoms. When I went into the game I didn't see my 500 atoms. I restarted the game and hard reset my Xbox one and it still doesn't show up.

Fallout 76 Tricentenial Edition

While waiting for Fallout 76 to install I entered my codes for the Tricentenial pack and the 500 atoms in my xbox. When I enter the game the content is not there in the Atom Shop nor is it showing the extra 500 atoms from the code. The codes are showing
redeemed on my account, but there is no content to download under game management options. Has anyone else gotten this issue? How do I get my content in game?

Same issue... redeemed code, Tricentennial Edition shows up in my transaction history but doesn't show up under licenses.

However when I view the Atom Store within Fallout 76, the items are there, and indicate they have been purchased.

If the code was already redeemed then the entitlement for those 500 atoms should be on your Microsoft account, but Bethesda may be having some server issues authenticating your entitlement. Developers are responsible for applying the in-game currency to
your in-game wallet once they verify you are entitled to that currency. I would recommend to re-install the game first before getting in contact with
Bethesda Support
to inquire about your 500 atoms.

If you would like to speak to
Xbox Support you can do so as well to make sure the code was redeemed to your account. You can also check your account

order history for the redemption confirmation.
