missing 50,000 xbox live reward from new xbox one s purchase

I received a gift of a new xbox one s from microsoftstore.com on nov 27,2016. I logged in under my microsoft xbox live account but did not receive the 50,000 reward points. I was told to contact you from microsoft and xbox.

Also am I supposed to be receiving credits from games I purchase from my xbox and also from microsofttore.com under my microsoft xbox live account

Missing Rewards from Xbox One S Purchase

Hi,

I am missing the 50,000 rewards credits from my Xbox One S purchase. I pre-ordered an Xbox One S and was charged for my purchase during the current offer period. The FAQ says it would take 15 days for the points to be deposited, but I was charged at the
beginning of the month.

Hi AffluentRope. We were out for the New Year holiday break from December 30 to January 2 and are responding to posts now. To receive the 50,000 Credits from the console purchase offer, you had to make the purchase yourself with your Microsoft account at
microsoftstore.com. Gifts are not eligible since the purchase was not made with your account and a purchase transaction is not under your account.

Game purchases from microsoftstore.com do not count for the program unless they qualified for the Microsoft Store Pre-Order offer which ended December 31, 2016. Eligible purchases made at the Xbox Store do count towards the program. Once you unlock a MyVIP
Star level, you'll earn payback Credits every month. To learn more about our MyVIP program, check our FAQ here:

There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.

I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

Please tell me thats not an offer?? The email says "We know you're always on the hunt for more ways to earn. Here's a few you won't want to miss this month." Then lists two offer the second one being "Slim, sleek, REWARDED! Get the most advanced Xbox yet,
AND score 50,000 Rewards Credits when you buy an Xbox One S from MicrosoftStore.com." with a link to do so. That is definitely an offer!

Hey FrozenBex. Smwutches is correct. If you purchase your Xbox One S from microsoftstore.com, you'll be awarded the 50,000 Credits 15 days after shipping.
