    Missing 50,000 Rewards


    Purchased the Microsoft Bundle about 2 weeks ago. Upgrading to the XB1 S for the first time and was promised 50,000 Xbox Live rewards when upgrading. The 15 day deadline is approaching, and no points are pending. I'd appreciate my points without more hassles
    and wasted time.

    The Credits have been pending in your account since the sixth. They will be deposited during the end of month deposit cycle.

    As it says in our FAQ for that offer:



    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.



    Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending. However, I can confirm that we received this purchase information, and it is currently being processed and should show as pending soon.
