    After spending 3 hours on calls and online chat I have still been sent here....what's going on!

    I expect the points to be added to my account.

    Missing rewards credits

    I upgraded from Xbox One to Xbox One S as part of the 50,000 rewards credits offer, but have still not been credited any points. Can someone help to credit my missing points?

    Hi Optimus. There is currently a delay in awarding for console purchases. Credits should show as pending by the end of the week. Thanks for your patience.

    For help with Rewards program offers, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

    Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.
    Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)
