Missing 50,000 points for the Xbox One S Battlefield 1 Special Edition Bundle

So I went for the bundle offer below, ordered back in October. I have the xbox but STILL no 50,000 reward credits .. not even pending ... could you look into this please?

I am still waiting for my 50,000 reward credits for pre-ordering the grey xbox one s battlefield 1 bundle on the 19th of october

Xbox One S 1TB Console - Fortnite BattleRoyale Special Edition Bundle. I'd recommend checking out the

I bought the Xbox 360 S 250GB with kinect bundle. It was not a special edition and I do have my receipt

Smwutches, it does work for One S, I used the Battlefield 1 One S 500GB bundle and it allowed a game for free. (FYI)

There is a
"Storm Grey" Battlefield 1 Edition Xbox One S, but it doesn't seem to be available for sale on the UK Xbox website for some reason.

That's the only Xbox One S version that comes in Black/Grey, as far as I know. Try to shop around for that edition.
