Missing 50,000 credits for buying a xbox one s

There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.

I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

I also have the same question. I just bought a boatload of games for the holidays but I'm not seeing any Rewards credits or points. I got the 50,000 points for buying an Xbox One S but I haven't seen anything other than that.

Please tell me thats not an offer?? The email says "We know you're always on the hunt for more ways to earn. Here's a few you won't want to miss this month." Then lists two offer the second one being "Slim, sleek, REWARDED! Get the most advanced Xbox yet,
AND score 50,000 Rewards Credits when you buy an Xbox One S from MicrosoftStore.com." with a link to do so. That is definitely an offer!
