Missing 5 Fan Keys - Forza 7 Virtual Key Sweepstakes

Hello,

I have played every previous Forza game and have been a rewards member for years. I signed up for the Forza 7 Virtual Key Sweepstakes 4 days ago, but I have yet to receive the 5 fan keys for being a player of previous Forza games. Could you please help
resolve this? Let me know if you need further information from me.

I purchasd the game and didn' get my 10 keys for the game, or my 5,000 points, can someone help me on how to get them promotions Thank You.

10 plays for preordering FM7 not showing

I am not getting the 10 virtual keys for preordering Forza Motorsport 7 for the Forza Motorsport 7 Virtual Key Instant Win & Sweepstakes. Everything else works. I got my five keys for being a fan but not the 10 keys. It's been more than 96 hours, as well.
As you can see there is no check Mark for this. I have a check Mark for being a fan and receiving my 5 keys. I have included 2 screenshots. One showing no check Mark for the 10 keys and one showing my email confirmation for preordering Forza Motorsport 7.

Same here, It says it could take up to 48 hours but I also am past that and still nothing.

Perhaps it just took longer than stated, or someone saw this and fixed it. I got my 5 keys today. Thanks.

There was a brief issue with our data stream that caused a delay in awarding previous play time. This issue has since been resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently investigating with our web team reports of users not seeing keys being awarded for their purchase. Once we know more, we'll update this thread! Regarding your Credits, from the FAQ:

When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since the offer is not yet over, it is too early to see your Credits.
