    Hi,

    I ordered Forza 7 (digital) on 10/5 directly through the Xbox store. I haven't received either the 10 keys, nor do I see the 5000 credits for my rewards account. I saw it could take up to 96 hours (4 days), but I waited until now 8 days in case there was
    a delay. Can this be looked into? Thanks!

    Missing rewards credits and "Keys"

    I purchased Forza Motorsports 7 on 10/5 and still have not received the 10 keys or the 5,000 rewards credits. Was sent here by the rewards twitter page.

    Forza 7 Virtual Key Bonus

    I pre-ordered Forza 7 Ultimate Edition on September 28th through the Microsoft Store. At that time I was already registered for the Virtual Key Sweepstakes.

    According to the promotion, I was supposed to earn 10 extra keys and 5,000 reward credits if pre-ordering through the Microsoft Store and that it could take up to 96 hours to show.

    It's been two weeks and I still haven't received the bonus keys or reward points. When can I expect those to show in my rewards account?

    Hey, thanks for looking into this!

    The keys were in my account. Don't see the 5,000 points though in my pending section, unless they're supposed to come later.

    PRE-ORDER/ORDER THE GAME

    Pre-order or order any digital version of Forza Motorsport 7 (includes Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Edition) from the Xbox Store between September 18 and October 13 to earn 10 additional keys and 5,000 Rewards Credits. Please note that it can take
    up to 96 hours for your keys from this action to appear on the site. If they haven’t appeared by the end of the contest on October 13, you will have until October 20 to use them.

    • 10 keys (can only be earned once)
    • 5,000 Rewards Credits (can only be earned once)
    We do not currently see you registering into this sweepstakes, so if you only registered recently, please allow more time for us to process that registration.
