Missing 45,000 points!

I recently preordered Gears of War 4 to recieve 15,000 points. Then Skyrim for 15,000 pionts and Dragonball Xenoverse 2 for another 15,000 points. It's been months and I still haven't seen any of my xbox reward points! Where have they all gone and how can
I recieve them as none of them are appearing in my rewards page or my on my xbox.

Tripeaks Daily Challenge for 3 May 2013

Is the 3 May TriPeaks daily challenge game winnable? The goal is to get 45,000 points. I have played it over 100 times and the most points I have been able to get is 39,900. I was able to get 24,700 points by completing the first board. The second game
does not seem to be winnable. I am able to clear every card but one on the second board but wind up with a total of only 39,900 points. In analyzing the deck and the second board, I have determined it is impossible to clear every card on the board. As a
result, there seems to be no way one can reach 45,000 points.

 

Xbox one is still messing up, and its getting worse

IF your on Satellite internet, you can't do anything about the Latency(ping). The Satellite that your data comes from is 45,000 mile's away, the ping is the time it takes to send and receive data from point A to point B.

 

Did you preorder them digitally or as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com? In order to qualify for that offer, they have to be purchased as physical discs from microsoftstore.com.

The offer for 15,000 Credits per purchase is the MicrosoftStore.com offer for physical (disc) copies. Since your purchases were digital, they did not qualify.
