    Reward points missing

    I had 2000 reward points and then I renewed Xbox gold which they gave me 3000 points for. They also gave me 100 points per $10 because of my Champion status. Somehow 2600 points are missing and I only have the 3000 points for the renew. Please Help.
    What are point worth in dollars?

    Missing points!

    Purchased Rogue One and did not receive my 3000 points on my rewards.

    Also purchased Final Fantasy XV and no points.

    Please help.

    There is activitiy on my xbox account yet all points are missing. Purchased Rogue One within the Live Rewards Mission period.

    Renewals are awarded after the subscription starts, not from the day you add the time. You do have to be on a gold subscription when you add the time in order to qualify.

    Microsoft Rewards Support     they will be able to help you with receiving your reward points. I had the same issue with the Shocktober Quest and was missing 3000 Points, after submitting the ticket I received my points within a couple of days.
