MIssing $30 Promo code for new Xbox One S

I was directed here by Microsoft tech support and need a response.

Your posting in a discussion forum, not the support forum which is why support hasn't responded. But you would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer was through them.

From the Terms of Service for that promotion:

During the first 30 days, customer will receive a promo code for 3 months of Groove Music Pass at no charge. Upon completion of the promotional period, membership will be automatically
billed as specified at signup unless cancelled. Limit 1 promo code per customer, single use only, Promo code must be used by December 29th, 2016.

Do note that when you receive a code there IS an expiration date. If you haven't received your code after 30 days of membership, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it.

Chat with Microsoft Store customer support (calling didn't resolve it). They escalated it to a different dept and they provided a new promo code in 3 business days. The promo code works on all the Xbox One systems and promotional bundles as well.
