    Missing 3 Months of Groove Music Pass Promotion


    I had signed up for the promotion here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/groove/evergreenplusthree.aspx and had received the first month free and paid for the second month. I contacted
    support but was told I would receive an email before the third month was charged. I never received an email with a code for the additional three months and was billed for the third month. I had contacted support and they canceled the subscription and refunded
    me for the third month and referred me here about the missing code.

    Groove Music - August / Labor Day Promotion

    I signed up for Groove Music Pass under the Labor Day Promotion. I was supposed to receive 2 separate 3 month passes by email but I never received those passes.

    I signed up to the trail but didn't get the token for 3 months of Groove Music Pass within the 30 days

    I'm sorry to see any issues with this Groove promotion, however any purchases made through that website promotion is not supported by us here on the Xbox forums. Purchases from the website would have had emails sent to the Microsoft Account. We only support

    The promotion was between the 16-30 of June on the home page on my Xbox one .it says that new member that join for Groove music pass will get free 3 months after they finish the first free month.
