    Missing 3 Month XBox Live Token From January Promotion


    Hello, I just spoke with XBox Support and was told to create a post about my issue. I purchased 3 months of XBox live during a promotion on 1/23. I was supposed to receive a token via the XBox Message Center for an additional 3 months by 3/15.

    I have not received this token and would like assistance.

    I also ordered 3 Months Xbox Live via Console with the Order ID 8338156688 on 15. January and did not received the Token from the PUBG Promotion.

    Not received 3 month xbox live

    I brought a 3 months membership on the promotions page on 29th January 2018 when if you brought 3 months from that promotions page you get another 3 months token, i spoken to support and they said i was eligible for the token and that you're having problems.

    Gamertag:

    I brought it on the promotion page on xbox.com

    Promotion was valid from 15th january to the 30th January, i brought it on the 29th.
