Missing 3 month xbox live promotion

Hello,

I had bought the 3 month xbox live promotion at the beginning of April, 2018, but never recieved the credit. It has defaulted me to the monthly payment but should have been the 3 months for 1 promotion price and I shouldn't have to renew until July. I was
sent here from virtual chat with Ronnel, can you assist me with honoring that agreement on the 3 month promotion?

Rocket league promotion code missing

Posted about a month ago about my rocket league code being missing after purchasing the 3 months xbox live and rocket league promotion. Still yet to receive a code after a month and a half of waiting

Thanks, XBLRewards3 for responding to my previous thread and sending me my missing credits. But you closed the thread before I asked a follow up. I appreciate that I am getting my missing money but Xbox Live Rewards is still saying I am not Gold. What will
happen when I get my Feb deposit in March? Is the issue resolve? How do I fix this issue? Xbox Live Rewards on Twitter said I need to cancel the 3 month promotional Gold. But how do I do that? Xbox Support said that is not impossible. How does added a 3 month
promotional Gold turn my entire Gold into a promotion? Also, I just bought a new 3 month that I added to my Gold, so how come it didn't change it back to non promotional?

Hey there,

Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.
