    I signed up for Groove Music on September 11, and I believe I was to receive an additional 3 month promo code afterwards, but I have not received anything yet, and the renewal is due for tomorrow.

    I purchased the January promo for Buy 3 months of xbox live get 3 months free. The promo was supposed to deliver the code on 3/15/18. Are those codes going to actually be delivered to me?

    Really sorry to hear about the frustrations and confusion with the promotion. Unfortunately Groove Music is sunsetting in December, this means the service is coming to an end. Because of this we no longer have codes to provide, as they are no longer usable.

    You can still add the 3 months as soon as you buy the 1 month. It doesn't matter if either were bought as a promo, they would still stack. All that matters is that the 3 month is also a code for Ultimate. If it's a code for standard Gold or Game Pass, it would be added and converted to Ultimate at a shorter amount of time.
