Missing 3 hours save games in bioshock 2 d. 26-08-2018

Hey, have played bioshock 2, poupers drop level, i´ve reached savepoint after obtaining tonic keen observer, i have saved 3 times afterwards. I died and reveiwed in a wita chamber, i have been put back to sqare one in poupers drop; research brute splicers.
I can see all of the tonics gathered including all off the progressing research enemies from my last save IS ALL GONE!!!!!!!!!! I wanna no why ´cause this has happened before on my Xbox 360 in other games, especially games with autosave functions.

Playing a mix of Bioshock, Skyrim, Gears of War 3, and Battlefield 3. I will soon replace Bioshock with Bioshock 2.

Completed Assassins Creed 3 times.

Harry Potter OOTTP 2 times.

Bioshock 2, 2 times.

.

Bioshock, at least 4 times.

RPG games, ie Oblivion, Fallout, ME2 i always have multiple saves. And multiplayer games like Halo 3, Gears, etc i have completed campaign plenty of times.

 

Have you tried to do a hard reset? Also your game files could be corrupt
