Missing $25 rewards from My VIP Vault

Do you know more or less when I’ll probab hear back from you guys, I just spent 1000 gems on a $25 visa pre paid code that I might not even get please, either a refund or get what I paid for.

Here’s my proof!! Try sending that to them so I can receive my reward!!! It’s been 8 days and still counting. I received the $5 for 250 and I used it to buy lunchboxes in Fallout Shellter, but haven’t received the $25 for 1000

So far we’re now going on day 5 and I have yet to hear anything back from the this so called XBLRewards8 about updating this thread. Again!! Why is it so hard to just resend my $25 visa code I paid for!!! I technically spend $1000 just to get 1000 gems to
use it on a damn $25 code what a deal, if I did a typo in my email why can’t you cancel it and PLEASE resend it to my original email or give me a damn refund!! If you want proof of purchase I have a screen shot so tell me how to send it to you and I will!
