Missing $25 Gift Card code

Hello,

I purchased an Xbox One S on November 24, 2016. There was a promotion at that time that offered a free $25 Microsoft Store gift card code with purchase. I received e-mails regarding it and it is listed in my order history from that purchase. In one e-mail,
I was told "Your Microsoft Store gift code will be delivered to your email address within 10 business days of purchase."

I tried to contact support to resolve this issue and went through an hour of having to remain vigilant or be disconnected for not responding immediately to the numerous messages that often stated, "I hope I didn’t lose you yet. Are we still connected?"

The support tried to drop me numerous times and even disconnected me after making it pretty far. After going through the whole thing a second time, I was told to post my issue here.

I just wanted the code to my $25 gift card, but after wasting over an hour of my time, I think I'm entitled to more.

Please respond, I can provide screenshots of the e-mails and order history I mentioned at request.

The other day I accidentally bought an Xbox Live card that is worth $25 or for 3 Months. I originally wanted to buy a gift card to the store for $25, but I had not noticed until I entered that code. I haven't used the code yet, and I was wondering if I could
trade this Gold card for a $25 gift card for the Microsoft store.
