Missing 20,000 points

When I upgraded from my Xbox one to Xbox one s I was supposed to get 50,000 rewards points. I was only rewarded 30,000 points which was offered for upgrading from xbox to xbox one. I am missing 20,000 points.

Hi, I'm missing 1,000 points for completing 5 achievements in the games i purchased during the halloween offer.

I'm also missing 20,000 points for purchasing Deadpool, X-men, X2, X-men Last Stand as part of Gotta Get Them All offer - other purchases made after these have updated on the offer.

can you please adjust my account accordingly?

 

30,000 points instead of 50,000

Hi Microsoft Team,

I recently upgraded my Xbox One to an Xbox One S following the promotion of 50,000 Xbox live points. However, the points have applied to my account as part of the promotion, but I only received 30,000 points instead of 50,000. Can you please advise why
I am missing 20,000 points?

 

There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.

 

I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

 

The offer was 30,000 for upgrading from a 360 to xbox one and 50,000 for upgrading from a xbox one to xbox one s.

The 50,000 Credit offer was only for Gold members. Since you were not a selected Gold member, you only received the default 30,000 Credits for this offer.
