Missing $15 punch card rewards.

I completed 2 punch cards each offering $15 worth of xbox live rewards. The first punch card I completed before the 25th of September, and all was scheduled to receive $15 dollars worth of xbox live rewards. The second punch card I completed between October
1st-6th and was to be awarded another $15 credit. It said I was due 30000 points or $30 in rewards points and it was going to be paid out by the 15th of the month. Over the last 2 almost 3 days I can not get the xbox rewards log in page to loag and I am seeing
that only the first $15 credit has been deposited. I am still missing $15 worth of rewards credits. This is upsetting I was planning on using those credits towards the purchase of another game and will not so until I can have the full credit amount credited
to me. Any help provided would be appreciated.

Pre order punch card issue

I am missing a punch on the Xbox live rewards pre order punch card I pre ordered call of duty ww2 and it's not showing it on Xbox live rewards and it didn't even punch the card for it

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th if the next month. So since
you earned the other 15,000 after October 1, they would be scheduled to deposit on the 26th.

You would need to contact Rewards support and ask them to look into it and hope they manually credit you. A lot of people have been having issues with this punch card....generally punch cards are very hit and miss as to whether they track

I am presuming that you clicked the punch card first before making the purchases?

I got mind right away, but I've had several punch cards not work for me in the past or take a few days to actually activate. The rewards app is hit or miss at best.

Other people have been experiencing this issue (and on other previous punch cards too), but as long as you Activated the
punch card first in the Rewards App then purchased the game, it should eventually update.

Theres still another 15 days to go on the Quest, so Microsoft should have it fixed in this time.
