Missing 15 Dollar Promotion from June

I bought an Xbox One on Tuesday 6/16 and when I was setting the xbox one up I saw the deal to buy a year of Xbox Live Gold that would come with a 15 dollar promotional gift card and I have yet to receive the credit in my account and would like the
credit that I was supposed to get for the year of Xbox Live.

Just to clarify, did you purchase a 1 year membership of Xbox Live directly through the dashboard promotion on your console?

 

I bought the Xbox Live directly on the Xbox One Console

 

When you aay you bought it on the console was it via a creditcard or prepaid code

If prepaid code then no you didnt buy the promotion

As stated on the terms and conditions prepaid codes are considered previous purchases and dont qualify

 

I bought the Xbox Live with my credit card directly from the promotion screen.
