Missing 15,000 pre-order FF 15 hard copy reward points

The only reason I Pre-Ordered a hard copy of Final Fantasy 15 was to receive the 15,000 Rewards points per my mission. According to the FAQ; they were supposed to be in place within 15 days of shipping. As I received the disk on Nov. 29, 2016; I'm assuming
the shipping date was the 28th. Regardless, it is now Dec 18, 2016 and I still do not have the points posted to my account as Pending.

I tried contacting support via live chat, but instead of helping or even researching my account, I was advised to come here instead.

I am looking for any help by MS Support to research my account and confirm when my points will be placed into my account (pending or received).

Rewards no deposited for Resident Evil Biohazard Pre-Order

Order# 11086215264 never received 15,000 rewards points or pre-order bonus content for resident evil biohazard.

I pre-ordered a hard disc copy of fifa17 so that i can receive 15,000 rewards points. its been almost a month and I have not received my points yet. can someone help me

Since you all are rewards members maybe you know the answer to this. The 15,000 point credit for pre-ordering through the Microsoft Store, how long does that usually take to be applied?

As for the rewards program overall i find it ok. It is free so nothing lost. And 15,000 credits for pre-ordering is equivalent to $15 for me so I can pre-order 2 games i was going to buy anyway and get back $30 worth of credit. Not a bad deal.

As long as it was a physical (disc) pre-order purchase off of MicrosoftStore.com, it should qualify and award 15,000 Rewards Credits 15 business days after shipping.

That promotion had a few requirements to receive the full 15,000 rewards. In order to receive the 15,000 rewards you needed to purchase the physical disc from microsoftstore.com on/after March 7th and it had to be the most expensive version of the game (Gold?).
Upon shipment the rewards are deposited up to 15 days later.

If you pre-ordered the physical disc of the base game it was worth 10,000 and the deluxe version was 12,000.

Digital versions of Ghost Recon was not eligible.

Virtually every quarter, pre-orders have their own promotion that run and typically reward 15,000 reward points for pre-ordering 3 eligible titles. Unless you are a 5 Star MyVip member and receive the full 10% back then that promotion is worth more than
you would get if you just pre-ordered them at received MyVip % back.
