    Missing 15,000 points for preordering three games help


    HI I need help I preordered three games apart of the promotion where you if you preorder three games you get 15,000 points that ended on march 31,2018. I preordered Sword Art Online:Fatal Bullet, Sea of Thieves and Mx vs Atv : All out but have not received
    the points. thank you for the help.

    I looked into this for you and, according to the Mission information at rewards.xbox.com , you need to preorder 3 games to receive the 15,000 points.

    The 15,000 credits is for purchasing a physical disc from microsoftstore.com on or after March 7 (release date). Otherwise, there were no offers to receive 15,000 credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered it digitally, it would count towards
    the games on demand punchcard offer which will award 15,000 credits if you purchase 2 other eligible preorders in order to complete the offer.
