    Missing 15,000 points for ordering a design labs controller.


    I ordered a controller through design labs on December 4th, and I have not seen anything posted for me 15,000 points I was supposed to get.

    XBox Labs Design Controller Points Issue

    I purchased an XBox Design Labs Controller for my sister for her birthday. I see there's supposed to be a 15,000 point bounty this month for Design Lab Controllers and I want to know why I can't/aren't getting them.

    The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the controller shipped.

    These are all the transactions that I believe that I haven't gotten rewards points credited. I am mostly concerned about not receiving the 15,000 rewards points from Xbox Design Lab.
