    Pre Order Punch Card Reward

    So I'm 5 Star in MyVIP which I get 10% back on purchases, If I complete the pre order punch card where if I pre order 3 games I get 15,000 reward credit, will I also get the 10% from those games I pre ordered?

    Hi abdula karkuki. We looked into your issue and it looks like your last pre-order was not calculated into the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. We're making this adjustment and you will see your Credits pending by the end of the week. Pre-orders do not
    qualify for MyVIP. Once you unlock a Star rank, you'll earn payback on qualifying purchases.

    Since your purchase was digital, it did not qualify for any 15,000 Credit offers. However, since we were running a offer in September that made pre-orders eligible for MyVIP, that purchase did increase your MyVIP progress. However, since you are not a one
    star MyVIP member, you did not receive payback.

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your 15,000 Credit event occurred on the 4th of this month, it was not deposited. You should expect your Credit events on the 4th to be deposited at the end of the month. We have already adjusted your Credits for the missing star,
    which is why you have 3 Credit events of MyVIP Gold 2 dated on November 30th.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have determined that a change in the preview program has caused an issue with MyVIP rewarding. We have delayed payback for April purchases until we can ensure that all our members are appropriately Rewarded. Once we can
    confirm that this issue has been resolved, we will process MyVIP for April and you will see the Credits pending in your account. Your March Credits were already pending, and were a part of your April 12th deposit.
