Missing 1000s points

Im not getting my points for months! I should of had like 15000 for upgrading to an Xbox One. The past deal for 8000 points for getting over $60 of games on the Halloween sale plus the 1500 for gamer score of 50 on those games. All the purchases of games
I've got on both systems. Not getting all my gamer score points. Plus the monthly Gold

So what am i meant to do with the 1000s of points i stupidly bought..? *** **** take.

We do not see a console purchase from MicrosoftStore.com on your account. Only console purchases made from MicrosoftStore.com are eligible for this offer. We cannot track purchases made from physical (brick and mortar) stores.

The I Heart Horror offer had a specific list of eligible games. Your purchases of Outlast and Dead Rising 3 were the only games purchased in October that were on that list. Since you did not complete the purchase portion of the offer, you were not eligible

Im having same issue i e lost 3 daily now and unable to claim the last remaining weekly for my 1000 point monthly one i will not be happy if i miss out on the 1000 point quest because of this they need to sort it out

last i checked 1200 points was £5 for 500 and £8 for 1000. You can't buy 1200 points. That's the problem. They should do away with this silly points nonsense as it's a scam.

There are nowhere near 1000 levels. That's just nonsense. There's nowhere near enough equipment to cover 1000 unlockables. There may be a lot of wacky costume options, but since you can't see your character (Brink was exactly the same) it's somewhat meaningless.
Besides there are only two sets of costume: batman and joker. They missed a trick not including other characters.
