When you say you paid by card you mean an xbox prepaid xbox live card?

Or do you mean you paid with your credit/debit card? If you paid this way did you go through the link for the promotion?

OK I will make this very clear.

so I paid with a credit card in the xbox store on my xbox one console. it said 3 months gold + 1000 v-bucks when I selected the buy option when it popped up on my screen. I have read rules for the offer and I am eligible. I bought it through the link , had
no xbox gold before the purchase and its my first time for the offer.
