    Hello,

    so until few hours to new month and some Points missing again.

    Freedom Rewards

    1000 Rewardpoints missing for completing Gametime

    - Paladins 5hours = done

    - Fallout Shelter 5 hours = done

    - Marvel Heroes 5 hours = done

    1000 points missing

    Franken Rewards

    10000 points missing

    collect 5 Achievements from a Game

    Walking dead Season 1 - done 5000 points missing

    collect all Franken Rewards - done 5000 points missing

    MyVIP Gems to Microsoft Rewards Points

    When we transition from Xbox Rewards to Microsoft Rewards how many points will each Gem be worth?

    Concerned since 1000 Gems seems to be worth $20-25, but 1000 Reward Points are valued at a fraction of that value (1000 points = ~$1). Looking for solid information to assuage my concern.

    All your pending Credits were deposited in the March 29th deposit. They will be listed as a refund with a negative amount on your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).

    We do not see a console purchase from MicrosoftStore.com on your account. Only console purchases made from MicrosoftStore.com are eligible for this offer. We cannot track purchases made from physical (brick and mortar) stores.

    The I Heart Horror offer had a specific list of eligible games. Your purchases of Outlast and Dead Rising 3 were the only games purchased in October that were on that list. Since you did not complete the purchase portion of the offer, you were not eligible
    for the achievement portion of the offer.

    Furthermore, as of July 2014, we do not give Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewal.

    Achievements not Registered for Microsoft Rewards (XBOX- Rewards Weekly Set / Achieve more earn more)

    I have the same issue. Completed 3 achievements on quantum break and microsoft rewards weekley set didnt recognize i completed them. Im so close to getting the 1000 bonus points. And now im going to miss that dou to this problem

    I don't think it's £1000,it's 1000 reward points which is about 70p.
