missing 10% vip rebate

Hi, I have just checked my pending xbox live rewards vip rewards that I have earned and I noticed that this month I will only get 5% back and not the 10% I should be getting for being a gold member, I have had no breaks in my xbox live gold membership and
I am at the 5 star ranking so I do not understand why I am only being awarded 5% back, can anyone please look into this for me. many thanks

10% money back

The 10% back would be if you are eligible for VIP rebates and are star level 5 with a gold subscription. If so, rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.

 

Missing credits from the past month

Hopefully somebody can help here (twitter directed me to post here) but I've gotten none of my credits for my april purchases nor have I gotten any of my credits from the VIP gems I've spent.

On May 5th I redeemed VIP gems to get 25,000 reward credits. Nothing has been deposited and nothing is pending. I've also never gotten my 10% rebate in credits back for my April spending. I was going to go back and add up my April spending to see what kind
of rebate I should have gotten back, but I'm only 10 days back in the month and up to $200, so I know I'm missing a LOT of credits for the month of April.

How can I get my credits, both earned and redeemed via gems?

Apologies for the inconvenience. It looks like our system misinterpreted your renewal into a different subscription as a break in service. We will adjust your account with a duplicate Credit event to reflect the double Credit amount you should get from Gold
Status. This copied event should appear as additional pending Credit by the end of next week.
