Missing $10 Microsoft Store Credit

On May 12th I purchased a $50 gift card code from Microsoft.com. At the time, there was a promotion to receive $10 additional credit when buying $50.

I never received my credit. I contacted Customer support under ticket SRX1474021577ID , and they were unable to resolve. Please help, this is so frustrating.

There is nothing anyone in the forums can do. You will have to continue to work with Xbox Support for assistance with that.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Yes, unfortunately, you'd need to contact Support again. We can't resolve issues for Xbox credit from within the Forums. Contact them with the ticket number and let them know that you didn't get it resolved and still don't have your credit. They should
be able to fix this issue for you and sorry to hear you weren't helped the first time around. Good luck!

Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I am finding no options for a live chat for Microsoft store. I contacted Customer Support chat, but they turned me away due to this being a Microsoft Store credit, not specifically an XBOX credit... Is there any way
to get live help today, or do I have to wait until phone support opens tomorrow?
