Missing 10,000 point for Xbox Design Labs Controller

Credits should show as pending about 15 days after the controller has shipped. If it's been over the 15 days, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check.

Your posts are still there, but it does take some time for the forums to load all of the posts in a forum so it can take some time to scroll through and find them. In the upper left of a form, you can try changing it to show from Most Recent to your posts
and it should show you only posts you've made.

I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.

If you continue to have issues with the DL controller I would suggest setting up a repair order if it's still under warranty.
