I bought State of Decay 2 Ultimate Edition on Friday and I don't think I got MyVip star progress even though I already got the gems.

It can sometimes take upto 24 hours for a code to get redeemed. It's usually instantaneous, but occasionally it can take a short while.

    Hello HackingSpartan8,

Apologies for the delayed response. We see that the change to your account went through as requested, your progress was added, promoting you to MyVIP star 4 before calculations were made on payback last month.

    Hello HackingSpartan8,

Apologies for the inconvenience. We see that your purchase was on early access on that date, but was still labeled as a pre-order. We are reaching out to another team for more information.
