Missiles in the Diamond District??

Anyone else notice during Cold, Cold Heart, if you turn on your detective vision in the Diamond District you'll notice a number of missile type objects attached to the buildings and bridges. They all seem to be gathered in one area but I have yet to find
a way to interact with them or to get my Detective Vision to bring up a description of them. Anyone have any idea what they are?

To many bad guys, not enough bullets

Sell to traders! I got 220 homing missiles for my car, and got loads of ammo, go into the bar and do that lasses missions where you get money for Blowing up the bandits cars

Also sell crystals/diamonds to the traders!

VTOL Warship

Cold Blooded and Dead Eye don't protect you from someone with good eyes, that can see you without the red diamond over you... But you're complaint with it taking more than 3 missiles seem's like a glitch cause I've never had a problem with that.

I believe what you are referring to are bombs of the same type that Anarky used in the main story. I'd have to have a look at them to be certain, but that's what I seem to recall.

ICE Faux Pirate

I just started having this issue on my Series S today. I've played about 25 hours on F4 and had no crashes until I entered the Financial District. Now it crashes regularly. I'm going to try playing on my Series X tonight and see if the issues persist.

Edit: I encountered 0 issues for over 3 hours on my Series X tonight. So it seems like just a Series S thing for me, and really only in the Diamond City area.
