Missed the promotion window for Madden 16".

i downloaded thinking i bought the game for 20$ because it took me to my credit card info screen. i was so happy i was getting it for 20$. once it finished i bought 20$ worth of points on madden to open backs.

i get on 2 days later it says i dont have the game and i find out it was a trial.

smh.

I just got off Live Chat with MS Support Team and Al B gave me this link to contact you regarding my issue. Last night I was attempting to purchase Madden 16 Superbowl Edition ($30) for my younger brother (using Xbox gift card), and i was constantly kicked
out of the system (dont have an error code). When i logged in today I find there is a Service Alert with EA. Last night I checked my provider and all other devices in the home and all worked fine. After several attempts to get the game I gave up and decided
to try this morning. The Service Alert is still there and the game has gone up to $60. Arrgghhh, while I feel penalized I know this is out of your control. But I am asking if you could please advise when I could download and I really would like to get it
for the promo price of $30. I have a screen shot of what I did from my browsing history last night because after logging into my account the price was slashed to $30 on the screen. I appreciate your help and will you please email a copy of your response
to my mom's email too? We were trying to surprise little brother with this game and on a really tight budget since she is unemployed. Thanks for your help!!
