    Missed promotion for Xbox live


    Tried to purchase an Xbox live 1 year renewal at a promotional price of 39.99 in March of 2018, after going thru all the steps it wouldnt charge because of trials that had to expire before that took affect.

    once the game offer has expired, there is nothing can be done to get the game free.

    Yeah you will have to purchase the game as this offer has expired for Dead Rising 2

    keep up to date and get the rest of the free games for gold dude

    Hey LZG!

    So promotions such as this are sometimes for a limited time and if you miss the window for the promotion then you won't be able to get it. Also usually at the bottom of the page the promotion is on you can find the conditions for the promotion. For example
    the promotion may state One month of Xbox Live Gold for 2 $ but it is only available if the account has never had Xbox Live Gold in the past.

    So promotions such as this are sometimes for a limited time and if you miss the window for the promotion then you won't be able to get it. Also usually at the bottom of the page the promotion is on you can find the conditions for the promotion. For example

    I see what you mean but it only appeared yesterday and if it wasn't valid surely it would have been taken down off my dashboard by now

    Thanks, XBLRewards3 for responding to my previous thread and sending me my missing credits. But you closed the thread before I asked a follow up. I appreciate that I am getting my missing money but Xbox Live Rewards is still saying I am not Gold. What will
    happen when I get my Feb deposit in March? Is the issue resolve? How do I fix this issue? Xbox Live Rewards on Twitter said I need to cancel the 3 month promotional Gold. But how do I do that? Xbox Support said that is not impossible. How does added a 3 month
    promotional Gold turn my entire Gold into a promotion? Also, I just bought a new 3 month that I added to my Gold, so how come it didn't change it back to non promotional?
