    Missed Promotion for Jurassic World Evolution Deluxe


    Attempted to purchase this game when it was on sale, however, my console wouldn't load the transaction. Did a hard reset and reattempted this several times, still to no avail. This transpired on Monday, April 22, 2019. Last night I was able to go through
    with a purchase, but the game is now at full price. How do we rectify this? I just want to buy the game.

    Sorry but you cant buy this game with the promotion price when its not avaliable anymore, you will have to wait for a new promotion, and remember that when you have a problem in your console you may also use Microsoft Store website to buy your games and
    dlc, you just have log into your xbox account.
