Missed Promotion due to technical issue on the xbox purchasing an content

To whom may it concern;

Reasons for me filling out this forum is because I had a issue trying to purchase a xbox one game due to a xbox gaming an purchasing content issue on the xbox store , date ranges from from January the 2nd of 2018 an January the 3rd , so it allowed me to
download the game but once I had an tried to play it , it told me I had to repurchase the game which was on sale for

$36.00 now its 85.49 today.

I spoken with a few sale reps they assisted in helping me an advised me to just manual put the $41.40 on the account so they can retrieve the funds as I did so then I called back they told me the system is up an running smoothly now an for me to purchase
the content at regular price an they will credit me back the difference which was about $53.00 credit to my account if I did so that way I been calling for the last week or so an getting differnt solutions from different customer sales representatives.

I cant afford to pay more at this time so I ask can you please help me , I know its not any of the sales representative faults with all different solutions I should follow but the easiest way is to just credit me the out balance an so I can purchase the
content it the only way it will work on my end. Being I put out more then what I can.

Do games repeat during the Spotlight sale?

I missed out on purchasing FIFA 17 at 50% discount during the Spotlight sale a day ago due to an issue with my account.

What are the odds that it will be available on discount again anytime soon? Have you noticed games going on discounted sale frequently or is it a once in a year event that I annoyingly missed?

 

as for my penalty on my account I been with xbox fan an player for over 12 years an this year , has been not the greatest experince due to so many trolling players online , which for many reasons spam my account with negative feed back ( reported ) for example
being ok good team player dominate player , they team kill me harrass me report me an I get suspended or say a comp ban , I did lots of research online searhing up how to get ban an youtube there many people telling veiwers how to get players suspended and
such , I'm not going to say I was the good player at times I have sent or said things in return but its that bad I had to set my account to play offline so player cant view my page or more hoping it will.

Billing would be the only ones who could do anything if possible. Once a sale ends, it is not possible to purchase a game at that price again unless it goes on sale again.

 

see how no one cared about the loyal 12 year fallowing? see how no one cared about the fact the enforcement team will literally just ban anyone who gets reported profanity? Do you see how no one looked into your story? see that? thats because xbox/microsoft
dont care about the players. just the money
