    Missed Promotion Date - Gears of Wars 4


    Hello, I was given the XBOX One S 1 TB with Gears of War 4 bundle for Christmas which included the option to download the XBOX 360 versions of GOW. Due to the holiday travel I did not have a chance to be home to install and play the game until after the
    new year and as I was unable to find any information on the provided documents for GOW4 indicating the deadline of December 31, 2016 I did not realize the urgency to do it sooner. Is there any way to be granted an extension on the deadline to install and activate
    GOW4 to be able to download the older versions? I would be very appreciative. Thank you very much, Erik.

    Trying to redeem code from 2016

    The promotion was till the 31st of December. It required that you redeem the Gears of War 4 code (or purchase it from Xbox Store). If you have redeemed it in January then I am afraid you missed the promotion period.

    Unfortunately, if you redeemed the code after December 31, 2016, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the legacy collection. We have no way of altering or extending promotions.

    The promotion was till the 31st of December. It required that you redeem the Gears of War 4 code (or purchase it from Xbox Store). If you have redeemed it in January then I am afraid you missed the promotion period.

    The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

    HERE    . To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.

    When did you redeem the Gears of War 4 code? This promotion does not go by purchase date for physical bundles, but codes are sent 7-10 days after the digital code is redeemed on your account.

    If you only recently redeemed the Gears of War 4 game code, please check back with us if you don't receive your codes 10 days after that redemption date.
