    Missed promo!


    I missed the opportunity to purchase Battlefield for during it's promotion sale at the price of $4.50. I had planned on purchasing it today as it is my weekend and the sale was over. I spoke with Customer Support and they said I should contact Promotions
    on the Forums and request a one time courtesy to be able to purchase the game at its previous sale price. My reference number for my case with support is
    [Mod Removed]. Thank you.

    Unfortunately support gave you incorrect information. Forum support does not have the ability to change the price. Once a promotion is over, there is no way to get the sale price again unless it goes on sale again. You can keep up with sales at majornelson.com

    Yeah. 6-8 weeks is usually the terms for promotions from the dashboard. Since this one was a promo through the Rewards program, which is run by a different company, the terms were different.

    The code for the item will be sent 8-10 weeks from the end of that promotion which was May 15. So you can expect to receive it around mid-late July.
