    Missed out on items because I don't go to a website.


    I missed out on in game items that you are supposed to receive when you pay for Game Pass Ultimate. I really like the items and yet as I go to collect them I can't because I missed the deadline by a few days. I used to just get xbox messages saying click here to redeem your items, it was simple and not complicated. I do not wan't to go to other websites to check for items. I am supposedly "receiving" access to this item because I pay for a service but I can't collect it for what ever reason. I know someone that told me about this and he says that he has until next month to redeem it..

    You may have missed the item recently going out of stock and had an outdated page. That item is currently not available.

    Missed deal because of website error

    I contacted support and they said there was nothing they could do.

    The issue I have is that they ended the promotion sooner than they said they were going to. So, I tried to buy it before the promotion ended, but since they ended it early I couldn't. If are going to end promotions randomly, they should not tell you when
    they will end. To me, that is really false advertising.
