• "To the extent permitted by applicable law, Microsoft does not guarantee that a price, product or promotion offered online will also be available or honored at a Microsoft Retail Store or vice versa."
• "Price reductions/adjustments are not available for clearance items and limited-time price reductions associated with promotions and/or special sale events including Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Cyber Week."

I realize it was my error but you can see what day i ordered the item. I cannot wait to see if you have other sales. It is a christmas gift. I thought since you could see i was attempting to order on cyber monday you could help out by granting the promotional
price. I will complete this order but will not order from microsoft after this.

You can try contacting Microsoft Store support, but generally once a promotion ends, there is no way to get the sale price unless
it goes on sale again.
