    Hey,

    I purchased Xbox Live in June under a promotion that I would receive a $10 gift card with purchase. When a few days had passed I contacted Xbox support and they stated I needed to create a rewards account. I created the rewards account and waited until the
    end of the month and received nothing. I redently posted on the Xbox rewards forum and I discovered that dashboard promotions are not even affiliated with xbox rewards so here I am. Please help!

    He jugado en Noviembre las horas requeridas para ganar los 1000 créditos en Freedom y completé esta misión el 29 de Noviembre, así el ultimo juego que jugué no apareció completado porque la pagina se actualiza cada 96 horas.

    Mi pregunta es si gané los 1000 créditos en realidad porque no los recibí.

    I have played on November the hours required to win 1000 credits, I completed this mission on 29 November so the last game that I played didn't appear to complete it because you upgrade the page every 96 hours.

    My question is if I won 1000 credits because I haven't received them.

    There is nothing anyone in the forums can do. You will have to continue to work with Xbox Support for assistance with that.

    Yes, unfortunately, you'd need to contact Support again. We can't resolve issues for Xbox credit from within the Forums. Contact them with the ticket number and let them know that you didn't get it resolved and still don't have your credit. They should
    be able to fix this issue for you and sorry to hear you weren't helped the first time around. Good luck!
