Thanks for replying! Based on what you've written, as XBF Brad previously stated, if you received unauthorized charges and have already checked your own account, its possible there may be a different account on your console that they have come from. In relation
to the message you received concerning the use of your phone number for purchases, sometimes those are blocked to protect your account from unauthorized purchases (ex. your usage may be higher in a shorter period of time than you normally use it, etc) and
sometimes the phone number purchasing may be blocked by the carrier when you reach a limit. In either case, you can always

contact Xbox Support to have them look into why you haven't been able to use that method of payment if you haven't already. Sadly, we here on the forums do not have the tools to investigate these matters.

Also, should you reconsider your decision about requesting a refund, you would need to submit a refund request.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. AS are some phones the payment can come out late, on my account I have noticed sometimes 2 weeks after I make a purchase. Also being that the payment instrument was on the account there could of been unauthorized
purchases made. If they were unable to see any purchases they could of been made on a separate account. For any issues regarding payments we suggest always checking the

order history on an account. This can be done on the website or the Xbox console itself. If then you see charges you do not recognize the only way to get refunds now is to fill out a

refund request form.

Hey thanks for the reply I think I’m in misunderstood the problem is our use Verizon billing that they bill when I get to my Verizon account and what I was saying was for no reason at all they stopped allowing me to use it for no reason but they said
I had suspicious activity on my account now they didn’t bring anything up there and show me anything that I can go back and reference nothing that’s not how you handle business that there’s a business I’m paying customer anything suspicious about anything
is that they started out of the blue and it took me two weeks to finally get with someone to just turn it did you start my services I didn’t called to talk to people at the company and they had no idea it’s Americal tell me there’s at what was going on I
brought something today attention and that was it one of the guys face how you just die they just shut me down like that and that’s what I was talking about a refund well I will all my money back then since you showing me that you don’t care about peoples
problems I said it in going straight to it you rather just shut it down completely it’s an option for everybody so I think a light lawsuit I guess Alex that I am so I need help with late getting to talk to someone there who speak proper English night and proper
English whose first language is English and I need to Me and Nm and explain to me what suspicious activity they’re talking about specify was suspicious about billing to your account when you allow it for Sprint and Verizon I’ve already successfully pay back
that money was an iota Verizon which I pay back to Verizon so I was it I just arrived right now Lang I don’t do much we don’t do much you had to take that right checked our ability in the car to enjoy to enjoy
