    Miss message about the golden member from Xbox.com


    I bought the console in this January， I got the information from the xbox.com what is about reward my two （3-months） golden member, but I have used one of them,

    but I miss the message of another 25 digital number 。 How can I get them back?

    Xbox Live Family Member cannot be removed from Gold Pack

    Hi,

    I'm trying to remove a family member from their Gold Family Subscription.

    I receive this error message when attempting to remove the member on xbox.com: "The family member could not be removed from the Gold Family Pack at this time. Please try again later."

    I receive this error message when attempting to remove the member on the console: "There was a problem retrieving your information from Xbox Live. Please try again later."

    Is there anything else I can do to remove the account?

    Would Gold still be value for money if online play wasn't included?

    Thank you, Miss Portia. I had been having the same issues, and I use Xbox.com often for messaging. My message was from XBox LIve in regards to a recent dlc error credit, but the end result was the same. Once I deleted said message from my console I was able
    to see/send messages from Xbox.com again. Appreciate it.

    ^ LOL I missed the cucumber one and one about a golden penguin...Im annoyed I missed "Ballsy" as I actually tried to shoot a few hoops but then thought I couldn't be bothered, pretty sure that was a cheevo in HR as well.
