"Misiing Content" Halo : The Master Chief Collection Message

If I want to play Halo: The Master Chief Collection in Campaign or in Multiplayer it shows a message saying "Missing Content. The required content is not installed or might still be downloading" so I can't play.

I've downloaded like 20 gb of the game on the Microsoft Store, I thinks that's the full game because there's no more to download; the three apps were Halo The Master Chief Collection, Halo Reach (it's like a complement 10.01 mb) and Gaming Services..

What should I do to play it?

Hi,

I've installed the Master Chief Collection using my Game Pass PC application and I get the same message.

I tried:

- uninstall and install again: It doesn't solve the problem

- Delete the content of "%AppData%\LocalLow\MCC" (Including a reinstall again) : It doesn't solve the problem

- Run the Master Chief Collection Message from the Main Application Launcher and avoid use GamePass: The problem continues been reported

- Install from Microsoft Store (it download the content) : But the problem is not solved

How I could solve this problem? (Other gamepass games are running ok using this gamepass service). Situations as this case are doing that I consider keep the paid of this service honestly...)

hey man, i fixed the missing content error, it had to do with local files, since my windows was both english but in brazil region, the game was freaking out, so
i changed everything to english and the game starts normally

Could you please elaborate on how did you do this please?

Hey, sorry for taking ages to answer.

Since I'm located in Brazil but I tend to use Windows 10 in english somehow the game wanted to run in portuguese but something went wrong since I use my Windows in english, so I changed the whole of Windows settings to tell my apps to not use Brazil as a
location.

Basically what I did was

Windows Settings - Time and Language - Region

Changed country to U.S and region format to English (World), that seemed to fix the whole thing

Same here... My game was in a different language and the "Missing content" error just disappeared when i change for match with my PC's language...

I've reinstalled several times. I think there's some sort of issue that may have been caused because it's my secondary computer but my friend was trying to login on his Game pass account so we could play together. So maybe part of my computer was under his
account and part of it was under mine and windows got confused?

I've since tried to reinstall with everything on the computer under my account and it hasn't helped. Still getting this same message:
